Networks are not interchangeable: an address for one network is not valid for another. The network is chosen when you create an order and is stated in the payment details — send on exactly the one named there. If a transfer went out on a different network, message the operator with the transaction link: what can be done depends on the situation, and we cannot guarantee a refund.

Cash is handed over by arrangement, not at a self-service desk. The operator names the place and time after the order is confirmed — this is a security requirement when working with cash.
The origin of funds is checked. This is a normal part of an exchange service, not distrust: without the check we are not allowed to process the operation. If documents are needed, the operator will say which ones are suitable.

Which network is cheaper to send on?
The network fee depends on congestion and changes during the day. The current state of the networks is shown in the calculator — go by that, not by a general rule.
Can I exchange a small amount?
In Tbilisi and Batumi the minimum is from 100 $ — the lowest threshold we have. Other directions have higher minimums, stated on each direction page.
What if I send on the wrong network?
Message the operator with the transaction link. What can be done depends on the situation; we cannot guarantee a refund.
Must I send from the same wallet stated in the order?
Yes. A transfer from a different address is paused until the origin-of-funds check is complete — that is how transaction screening works.
