Exchanging rubles for crypto, checks, limits and paying invoices abroad — short and to the point.
Ruber is an online service. We do two things: exchange rubles for crypto right on the site and pay invoices abroad.
The order is this. First you exchange rubles for USDT in the calculator — the crypto goes to your own wallet. After that, if you need to pay for property, a car, a supplier invoice or to top up Alipay, message the operator — we make the payment.
We pay to more than 60 countries: China, Turkey, the UAE, Europe, the USA and others.
The exchange runs automatically — from the order to the transfer to your wallet. Payments abroad are handled by our specialist.
The exchange on the site is cashless — there is no cash in the calculator. If you need cash, message the operator: we handle such deals by hand and answer each one separately.
We do not hold your money — neither rubles nor coins. It does not sit in our accounts: crypto goes straight to your wallet, rubles go to your card or by instant payment, in real time.
The amount you see in the calculator is the amount you receive. Exchange fees are already inside the calculation.
How this differs from an exchange platform
Cards. Visa and Mastercard — for paying in and for payouts. Mir — for payouts only.
Payment services. The instant payments system, SberPay and MTS Money — for paying in; VTB Pay — for payouts.
Bank account. A separate method with its own minimum — there is a dedicated question about it below. It is available to citizens and residents of countries where crypto operations are not prohibited.
Each method works in one direction — not every one can both take and return money. The exact list appears in the form once you choose the direction.
The card must be issued in your name. A payment from someone else’s card will not go through.
Because of sanctions, cards and accounts from some countries may not work — that is visible as soon as you add them.
They are exchanged for rubles, both ways: rubles into crypto and crypto into rubles.
The list of coins changes over time — the current one is always in the calculator.
We do not hold crypto. After the exchange the coins go to your wallet.
No. Speeding it up creates a new transaction in the blockchain and cancels the previous one — the order is marked “Rejected” and closed.
If the coins from a cancelled order still reach us, we return them in full, less the network fee for sending them back.
No. We do not open wallets and do not hold anyone else’s coins — crypto goes to your own wallet.
If you do not have a wallet yet, that is fine — most clients started the same way. Setting one up takes about ten minutes.
The exchange runs around the clock, every day. Rubles from a card into USDT are exchanged online and automatically: the system handles the deal itself, there is no need to wait for an operator.
A request for a payment abroad or another service can be left in the Telegram app at any time. The operator handles requests daily from 11:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
Support — on weekdays from 11:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. A non-standard question, sorting out a payment.
You can write at any time — the message will not be lost and will be picked up when working hours begin.
The exact limits appear in the form once you choose the payment method. They depend on the direction, the method and the coin.
A guideline
If the amount is 15,500 USD or more, you will be asked to confirm that the card and the documents are yours:
- •a selfie with your passport — your photo and details visible, next to a sheet of paper with ruber.exchange and the current month and year written on it;
- •a selfie with the card the money goes to or that you pay from — the first name, last name and last four digits visible. If the card has no name on it, a bank contract with the details, a one-day account statement or a screenshot from online banking will do;
- •if you pay from a bank account — confirmation that the account is yours;
- •the wallet address is typed as text, not sent as a picture.
Above 31,000 USD per month you will also be asked where the money comes from.
Clients aged 18 to 21 and over 60 are asked about the source earlier — from 8,000 USD in one go or per month.
You do not have to gather the documents alone — message us on Telegram and we will guide you through each step.
Message support and choose the reason “Individual exchange terms”. State the amount, the currencies and the direction.
The limit is raised for a specific deal, not for the month ahead. Deals still add up — the monthly threshold counts all of them together.
Do not take it on words — check it.
Every exchange runs with a mandatory identity check and control over the source of funds under KYC, KYT and AML standards: both the client and the crypto coming into the deal are checked.
We do not hold client money: rubles go to your card, coins go to your wallet. We do not offer custody at all.
Every deal leaves a document: an order with its number, rate and amount.
KYC stands for “Know Your Client”. It is a rule for banks and financial services: first establish who is in front of you, and only then carry out the operation.
Yes. The check is mandatory for everyone — the law and anti-money-laundering rules require it.
It confirms the client’s identity and the origin of the money. Without it financial operations are not available — the deal will not go through.
Checks are not there to complicate the deal, but so that it goes through without surprises on the bank’s side.
1. An identity document — a photo of a passport, residence permit or ID card. For Russian citizens: the photo spread of the internal passport plus the registration page, or a foreign passport, or a temporary registration.
2. Proof of address — a photo of the registration page. If there is no stamp, or you have an ID card, a bank statement, a utility bill or a certificate with your full name and address will do — no older than three months.
3. A selfie with a liveness check. That is how the system makes sure the documents are submitted by their owner and not by someone who found another person’s photo.
4. Technical details. Files from 50 KB. The financial monitoring team may request additional documents.
A driving licence and a military ID are not accepted for identity checks.
The law and anti-money-laundering rules require it: a service must establish the client’s identity before the deal.
A service that operates lawfully will not run a deal without this step — whatever the amount.
Data is transmitted over a secure channel and stored encrypted. Access to it is restricted and the infrastructure is checked for vulnerabilities regularly.
Documents submitted for the identity check are used only for that check.
If the documents are submitted correctly — from 10 minutes to 72 hours on business days.
When there are many orders, the check takes longer. On such days nobody can name an exact time — we will tell you the result.
Check the spam folder, and do it through the mail website in a browser rather than the app: apps sometimes hide such letters.
You buy crypto for rubles
- In the calculator you pick the coin and the network and enter the amount. The rate and the fee are visible right away.
- You give your wallet address and the payment method.
- You pay in rubles by card or instant payment.
- The coins go to your wallet.
You sell crypto for rubles
- In the calculator you pick the coin, the network and the amount.
- You say where to receive the rubles — a card or instant payment.
- You send the coins to the address from the order. You have 30 minutes for that.
- Once the network confirms, the rubles go to your account.
If the order is cancelled or rejected, the coins are returned in full, less the network fee for sending them back.
Withdrawing coins from a trading platform rather than your own wallet? Tick the delayed payout box — there is a separate question about it below.
No. We do not accept payments from smart contracts and do not send coins to addresses that are smart contracts.
The rate is calculated by the exchange system. It depends on the coin, the direction, the amount, the payment method, the coin liquidity and current market demand.
The rate is visible before you confirm and is fixed when you confirm the order. It holds as long as you stay within the order time limit — if the transfer is late, the rate is recalculated.
The fees are shown on the exchange screen and again when you confirm the order. Their size depends on the amount and the payment method. There are two fees in total:
The service fee — payment processing, bank services and the work of the service.
The blockchain network fee — the cost of the transfer itself. It depends on how busy the network is, and the service earns nothing on it.
Both are already inside the calculation. You receive exactly the amount stated in the order — there are no hidden charges.
No. While an order is being processed, a new one cannot be created.
It becomes available once the previous one reaches a final status — completed or rejected.
30 minutes for the transfer to reach the network — that is, to appear in the blockchain queue (the mempool). After that we wait for block confirmations.
If the transfer has not reached the network within 30 minutes, the order is closed. Money sent after that is returned only through support — message the operator with the order number and a link to the transfer.
Transfer stuck and confirmed much later? We will send a counter-offer recalculated at the rate as of the confirmation. Accepting it or declining is up to you.
When creating the order, tick the box that says you are using a service with a delayed payout. That way the system knows the transfer will arrive later than usual.
A trading platform can hold a withdrawal for more than half an hour — that is its own process, not your mistake.
We send the money as soon as we see your transfer confirmed.
If you are sending crypto, we normally wait for:
- •2 confirmed blocks on the Bitcoin network;
- •12 confirmed blocks on the Ethereum network (ERC-20);
- •19 confirmed blocks on the Tron network (TRC-20).
A card payment is usually credited immediately — the coins follow.
Exchanging via a bank account is available from 320 USD in rubles.
You are selling crypto. First link the account: send the operator the bank contract with the full details, a statement or data from online banking showing the bank name, your full name and the account details.
You are buying crypto. After the order is created, an invoice with the payment details appears — you can download it, and a copy goes to your email.
Copy the payment reference from the invoice in full, word for word.
A shortened reference may be rejected by the bank and the payment returned.
Message us on Telegram — that is the fastest way. You can also write in the chat on the order page, in the bot @ruberapp_bot or by email at support@ruber.exchange.
Include the order number straight away: with it the reply comes faster.
To the email address given in the form. If you wrote in the order chat, the reply appears there.
Requests reach a specialist in turn. Anything written at night is handled when the working day begins.
The exchange does not depend on that: rubles from a card into USDT are exchanged automatically, around the clock.
From 5 minutes to 72 hours, in turn. Requests are accepted at any time; replies come during working hours: service requests daily, support on weekdays, from 11:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
A supplier invoice, a car purchase, goods and services, property, tuition and a transfer to an overseas account. Companies have their own entry point — “For business”.
The reach is more than 60 countries. China, Turkey, the UAE, European countries, the USA, Georgia, Thailand and others. The payment goes by the recipient details, and the operator confirms that a particular route is available before any work starts.
Cash. There is none in the calculator, but we do have that resource. If you need cash, message the operator: they will say whether it is possible in your case. Every such deal is handled by hand, so the terms are quoted separately.
It works like this: first you exchange rubles for USDT in the calculator — the crypto goes to your wallet. Then you message the operator, hand over the USDT to the address from the order, and the payment goes to the recipient by their details.
Payments abroad are not calculated in the calculator. The operator quotes the terms for them — before you hand anything over.
- You say what needs paying. The amount, the country, the recipient, the payment purpose. You attach the invoice or the contract.
- We check the route — the parties, the payment purpose, the country, the currency and the path the payment takes.
- The operator quotes the fee and the timing. Until that moment you hand over nothing.
- You exchange rubles for USDT in the calculator — the coins go to your wallet.
- You hand the USDT over to us at the address from the order.
- The payment goes to the recipient and you get the confirmation.
Payments abroad are handled by a person, so they run during the operator’s hours — daily from 11:00 to 19:00 Moscow time. The ruble-to-USDT exchange itself does not depend on that: it works around the clock.
There is one general rule: we need to understand who is paying, who is receiving and what for.
Always: the payer’s identity document · an invoice or contract with the recipient details · an answer to what exactly is being paid for.
Additionally, by direction
The payment goes only from a disclosed person and only to the recipient stated in the documents.
The supplier has issued an invoice and the bank transfer will not go through. You send the invoice with the details, the amount and the payment purpose — we check the parties and the route, the operator quotes the terms, and the money goes to the supplier.
It suits importers buying goods in China, Turkey, Europe, the UAE and the USA — companies and entrepreneurs with a confirmed invoice from the seller.
What is needed: the invoice · the contract with the supplier, if there is one · your details as the payer · an answer about what exactly is being bought · for a company, documents confirming the representative’s authority.
Buying goods in China — we will pay the supplier: to the company bank account or to a payment wallet, WeChat Pay and Alipay. The operator confirms a particular route is available before any work starts.
It suits importers and buyers who purchase from factories and marketplaces and pay for samples, batches and agents’ services.
What is needed: the supplier invoice or the recipient wallet details · what exactly is being bought · your details as the payer.
China is not the only direction. We pay for goods and services in more than 60 countries: Turkey, the UAE, Europe, the USA, South-East Asia.
You bought a car at an auction or from a dealer — we will settle the seller’s invoice. You send the invoice and the buyer’s documents, we check the recipient and the route, the operator quotes the fee and the timing, and then the payment goes out by the details from the invoice.
It suits people who bought a car in the USA and those who import cars and handle several lots at once.
What is needed: the auction or seller invoice · documents for the buyer the car is registered to · the lot number · confirmation that the payer, the buyer and the final recipient are disclosed to us.
You are buying a flat or a house abroad and an ordinary transfer will not go through. We arrange the settlement under the contract: the payment goes to the developer, the seller or the deal account by confirmed details.
It suits buyers in Turkey, the UAE, Georgia, Thailand and other countries — those paying a deposit, following a developer’s schedule or settling for a finished property.
What is needed: the purchase or reservation contract or the developer’s invoice · the recipient details · information about the buyer · the payment schedule if it is paid in parts.
The operator quotes the fee, the timing and the settlement order — after checking the route and before you hand over any money. The terms are fixed at that moment.
There is no single price for payments abroad: it depends on the country, the currency, the amount and the way the payment reaches the recipient.
- •we do not pay invoices without documents and without the parties being disclosed;
- •we do not work with fictitious invoices or understated values;
- •we do not give tax, customs or legal advice;
- •we do not handle delivery, customs or certification;
- •we do not pay for anything prohibited or subject to restrictions;
- •we do not help circumvent restrictions — if that is the task, we decline.
It can happen, and we do not hide it: whether the payment is credited is decided by the recipient bank, not by us. That is why the route is checked before the deal, not after.
If the payment comes back, the operator says so straight away and works through the case with you. We are not responsible for the quality of the goods, delivery times or the seller’s good faith — a dispute about the purchase itself is with them.
