What can go wrong

The three places where money and time are lost most often. Each one is dealt with before the deal.

These are not scare stories but specific points where people lose out.

The bank asks for documents

The request about the source of funds arrives after the payment has already gone out. While the document is being found, the money sits still. A contract from five years ago or an archive certificate cannot be produced in a day.

How we deal with it: we ask for documents before the transfer, not after. The operator says what will be needed at a point when you have not paid anything yet.

Crypto with a bad history

Coins that have passed through a questionable chain will not be accepted further on — an exchanger or a trading platform will freeze them. The client finds out at the next step, when nothing can be done.

How we deal with it: we check the address and the coins’ history before they enter the route. You can send your own wallet for a check in advance and free of charge — message the operator before sending anything.

A settlement with no proof

When money changes hands directly and without documents, there is nothing to rely on in a dispute: only verbal agreements remain.

How we deal with it: every step leaves proof — an order with its number, the rate, the amount and a payment document.

Every option carries risk. SWIFT can be frozen or refused by a correspondent bank; cash means borders and a ceiling on the amount; crypto means an unfamiliar tool and the cost of a mistake in the address. We remove some risks, but not all: the recipient bank decides for itself, and we cannot influence that.
